As we move into spring followed by summer, I can’t wait to fire up the grill for one of my favorite lamb preparations-lamb chops. They are very simple and absolutely delicious paired with our Sanglier Syrah. I love serving them with Asparagus Bread Pudding for an absolutely perfect meal.
